Verlyn specializes in residential real estate. The majority of his transactions take place in Metro Nashville and the surrounding counties. Primarily Davidson, Wilson, Rutherford, Williamson and Sumner Counties in the $100,000 to $1.5 million price ranges. Working thru the difficult transactions and delicate situations is where Verlyn excels. Verlyn is known locally as "The Real Estate Answer Man" seen on local cable real estate show. As host he answers callers questions about real estate and related matters.
