Hermitage TN is a Great Place to Live!  

Hermitage, Tennessee is a Metropolitan Nashville neighborhood located on the east side of Davidson County/Metro Nashville, named in honor of The Hermitage, home and estate of the Seventh President of the United States, Andrew Jackson.

J. Percy Priest Lake which covers more that 14,000 acres and shares an extensive coastline with Hermitage is a favorite attraction to local residents.  Several parks, campgrounds and marinas surround the perimeter along with Nashville Shores Water Park which features over a million gallons of water rides, slides, pools and lazy rivers, plus zipline, camping and cabins!

A new dog park opened in November 2016 located at the trail head of the Stones River Greenway located at J.Percy Priest dam.

 Residential property owners are pleased!  Homes have appreciated approximately 11% in 2016.  Median sale price of homes sold in Oct. 2016 was $197,000 averaging approximately $112 per square foot of living space.
